Warranty Policy

LIMITED WARRANTY

At Denstoj Auto Centre, we stand behind the quality and engineering of our products. Our Warranty Policy is designed to give you confidence in your purchase while clearly outlining coverage, exclusions, and the claims process.

1. Warranty Coverage

Denstoj Auto Centre warrants that when our products are properly installed in their correct application by a qualified tradesperson, they will be free from defect in materials and workmanship.

Warranty is void on all products that show evidence of:

  • Improper application or installation
  • Abuse or neglect
  • Lack of proper maintenance
  • Alteration from the original configuration
  • Use in conjunction with incompatible components or improper lubricants

While we make every effort to ensure that our products are suitable for their intended application, the final responsibility for product suitability rests with the installer or end-user.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only covers repair or replacement of the product at Denstoj Auto Centre’s discretion.

Products sold to distributors or resellers are covered under the same limited warranty, but only the distributor/reseller is considered the original purchaser. End-users should contact the distributor for warranty support. Denstoj Auto Centre will not accept direct claims from end-users for products purchased through a distributor or reseller.

Due to the unusual stress placed on these racing components, and because we have no control over how they are used, Denstoj Auto Centre shall not be responsible for any damage resulting from defects or failure of parts. The company cannot accept liability for any consequential damage, loss, injury, or death arising from defects or failure of parts, including labour, transportation, or any other associated costs.

2. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect.
  • Modifications, alterations, or installation errors.
  • Normal wear and tear or consumable parts.
  • Products used in competitive racing, track events, or off-road applications (unless explicitly sold as race-ready).
  • Consequential damages, including but not limited to engine damage, labour, or other vehicle components.
  • Import duties, taxes, or shipping costs (domestic or international).

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us: Email info@denstoj.com.au with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the defect.
  2. Verification: We may request additional photos or information to verify fitment and defect. Claims may be denied if verification is not completed.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the product back to Denstoj Auto Centre. We recommend insured shipping to protect against loss or damage in transit.
  4. Evaluation: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the product. If the claim is approved, we will provide:
    • Replacement product, or
    • Repair, or
    • Refund to the original payment method.

Warranty claims must be made within 12 months of purchase and must include proof of purchase (email invoice or receipt).

4. International Orders

Customers outside Australia are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are not refundable under warranty.

Products must be returned in accordance with our international shipping instructions to qualify for warranty coverage.

Products sold through authorised distributors are subject to their own terms. Denstoj Auto Centre is not liable for international shipping, customs, or warranty claims handled by distributors.

5. Limitation of Liability

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable local law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denstoj Auto Centre is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any loss of vehicle performance, labour, or other components.
