Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, you can request a return within 30 days of purchasing your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it (unused and undamaged)

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase (email confirmation is fine)

If we request photos of your parts to confirm fitment, these must be provided for the return to be approved.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us first at info@denstoj.com.au to request a return.

  2. You are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  3. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and for international orders, customs duties and import taxes are also non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and make it right.
